Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
At SN Wealth, we recognise that the personal information you share with us deserves responsible handling. This page explains how you can withdraw consent for specific uses of your information, contact our privacy team and understand the implications of your request.
Why we publish this information
We provide this page to make our privacy request process transparent and accessible. We want our clients and website visitors to understand their choices, know whom to contact and make informed decisions about the use of their personal information. It also supports our preparation for the applicable requirements of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (DPDP Rules).
How to withdraw your consent
You may submit the form below or email us at support@snwealth.in. You may also call us at +91 98922 66709. Please provide the email address or telephone number previously shared with SN Wealth and specify the purpose for which you wish to withdraw consent, such as enquiry follow-up or consent-based client servicing.
You do not need to agree to marketing communications or website analytics to submit a privacy request. Withdrawing consent for enquiry follow-up is separate from a request concerning ongoing client servicing.
How we handle your request
We will review your request, verify your identity where necessary and confirm the outcome. We will explain any clarification needed, any affected service and any legal basis for retaining information or continuing particular processing. Where withdrawal applies, we will stop the relevant consent-based use within a reasonable time and communicate the request to service providers processing that information on our behalf, as applicable.
Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide a service that depends on the relevant information. It does not automatically close an investment account, redeem investments or erase every record. We may need to retain records to meet applicable KYC, regulatory, tax or other legal requirements.
Website analytics preferences
A request submitted through this page does not automatically change cookies or analytics preferences on your device. To withdraw optional analytics permission, use the website’s existing consent controls, where available, and reject analytics.
